All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once a booking deposit is received. Clients are responsible for providing accurate details regarding the event, including the number of participants, preferred location, and any special requests. While we strive to accommodate all requests, changes to the event details may result in additional fees or changes to availability.

CC Event Design will make every effort to ensure your event runs smoothly and according to plan. Any changes made by the client after confirmation may affect the final outcome of the event and could result in additional charges. Cancellations must be made at least three days in advance. In the case of inclement weather, emergencies, or other uncontrollable circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule the event or offer an alternative solution.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the event venue and participants are in a safe environment. CC Event Design is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event. All personal information provided during bookings and event inquiries will be handled according to our privacy policy. We respect your privacy and ensure that all data is kept confidential.
